Description
The program includes sessions devoted to the use of behavioral and cognitive approaches across the lifespan, with specific sessions focused on women and sleep across the lifespan. It also focuses on the neurophysiology of sleep and lifestyle environment.
Additionally, it will provide an opportunity for trainees of all levels, clinicians, and scientists to obtain a review of BSM theory and practice.
